Tudor Park is a residential development built on a greenfield site in the heart of Sawbridgeworth.
The site consists of 140 units with a range of 2 to 5 bedroom houses and 2 apartment blocks.
Located within an existing residential area and next to a busy school, challenging site restrictions were managed throughout the build.
