Project summary
Chestnut Fields is a residential development built on a greenfield site on the edge of Woking.
The site consists of 3 apartment blocks and 54 units of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes, with extensive road improvements to form a new access into the site.
Located within an existing residential area and next to a busy school, challenging site restrictions are being managed throughout the build.
Scope of works
- Earthworks to enable re-use of soils on site
- Infrastructure and Section 278 works including the formation of a new site entrance
- Drainage features – ponds, swales and ditch improvement works
- Substructure, drainage and external works to residential units
