Project summary
Himley Village is a 250 acre “Garden City” residential development located on a greenfield site on the outskirts of Bicester.
The first phase of the project is to construct the initial infrastructure for the development of housing parcels.
The phase includes earthworks in preparation for the construction of spine and access roads, and mains drainage with a series of swales and ponds.
Other initial works include a foul pumping station with additional storage tanks, diversion of services and off-site Section 278 works.
