Project summary
Netherhall Gardens is a flagship residential development of sustainable timber dwellings located on the edge of Cambridge.
The site consists of 200 units including 115 two– to five– bedroom houses and 8 apartment blocks.
Houlihan is the Principal Contractor for the initial stages of the project.
Works undertaken to date include earthworks, infrastructure and foundations to plots.
