Project summary
Manston Green is a 19 hectare greenfield site located in the village of Manston near Ramsgate.
The site consists of 220 units including semi-detached houses and 36 apartments.
We provided attendance to archaeological investigations prior to infrastructure and groundworks commencing.
Site features include private driveways, main and access roads, Public Open Space areas, footpaths and attenuation features.
