Project summary
The Tramworks is a premium development, located on a brownfield site within a densely populated residential area of North Finchley.
The development consists of 149 units, comprised of 39 townhouses and 4 apartment blocks with complex section 278 works.
Houlihan is the Principal Contractor on site for the initial stages of the project.
Works completed to date include earthworks and infrastructure. And recently, works have begun on the foundations to the initial plots.
