Project summary
Thorpe Lea Manor is a small residential development located on a brownfield site in the historic town of Egham.
The site consists of 52 units of 1 to 4 bedroom houses and apartments.
The design of the site is entirely gas-free with Electric Vehicle chargepoints to be installed at each property, and also implements an urban wildlife strategy.
Works undertaken to date include:
