St Peter’s Quarter is a residential property development built on a brownfield site next to St Peter’s Hospital, Chertsey.
The site consists of 212 units with a range of 2 to 5 bedroom luxury houses and 3 apartment blocks.
Remediation included extensive processing of soils and demolition materials to enable the declassification of waste for re-use within the site.
