Project summary
Hurlocke Fields is a residential development built on a greenfield site next to North Hertfordshire College in the traditional market town of Hitchin.
The site consists of 116 units of 83 semi-detached and detached homes, and 4 apartment blocks.
Works commenced with the formation of a new half mile road to access the former playing fields and included the construction of semi-basements to split level units.
